NVLAP Accreditation — Lab Code 200527-0
Compatible Electronics is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP), a program of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). All accredited testing previously performed under separate Brea and Newbury Park lab codes is now fully covered under the single Lake Forest accreditation. This change is part of streamlined accreditation management and does not affect the quality, scope, or availability of testing services at any location.

Compatible Electronics also holds accreditation to ISO/IEC 17065 for product certification activities. This accreditation is granted by ANAB (ANSI National Accreditation Board) and is publicly verifiable through the ANAB directory. ISO/IEC 17065 accreditation is the foundation of our conformity assessment and FCC TCB certification services.
VCCI Council Membership — Member No. 0530
Compatible Electronics is a member of the Voluntary Control Council for Interference (VCCI), the industry body that oversees Japan's self-regulatory EMC program for IT and AV equipment. Membership authorizes use of the VCCI mark and product registration, demonstrating Japan-market readiness for manufacturers whose products we test. All three Compatible Electronics facilities hold individual VCCI laboratory registration numbers.
