Real-World Testing Examples

Enterprise Router — FCC Part 15B + ICES-003 Issue 7 Combined

A networking equipment manufacturer needed simultaneous FCC Part 15B SDoC and ICES-003 Issue 7 SDoC for a managed enterprise router for North American data centers. Compatible Electronics performed ANSI C63.4 (2014) radiated emissions from 30 MHz to 6 GHz and conducted emissions from 150 kHz to 30 MHz at Lake Forest/Silverado. Class A limits applied for both FCC and ICES-003. Commercial LED Driver — ICES-005 + EN 55015 + ICES-003

A lighting manufacturer required ICES-005 Issue 5, EN 55015 (CE marking), and ICES-003 Issue 7 for a commercial LED driver sold in Canada, the US, and Europe. A plastics processing equipment manufacturer needed FCC Part 18 and ICES-001 compliance for a 27.12 MHz RF dielectric heating system for US and Canadian industrial facilities.
